ID Theft Protection and Response
Whether an employee is seeking preventative measures or is the victim of ID Theft, help is just a phone call away:

  • Provides members with a free 60-minute consultation with a Fraud Resolution Specialist, and conducts eight emergency response activities.
  • Assists members in restoring their identity and good credit.
  • Provides members with a free “ID Theft Emergency Response Kit.”
  • Administers the costly steps to dispute fraudulent debts as a result of ID theft.
  • Monitors the Fraud Resolution progress.

Dependent Care Information and Referral Service
This confidential and easily accessible service provides immediate assistance for dependent care issues and offers employees and their dependent family members:

  • Individual case management by a master’s level dependent care counselor.
  • A listing of area providers that meet the client’s dependent care needs.
